Please note: True color may appear differently due to your screen settings. Not all items are color customizable. Some colors may not be available for certain items. If you want a non-customizable item in a different color, please reach out.

APPLICATION

1. Clean the area thoroughly with rubbing alcohol. Do not use a glass cleaner because it will leave a residue behind that will prevent the decal from adhering.
2. Rub a squeegee or credit card firmly across the decal through the clear transfer tape to prepare it for application. This ensures the decal will cling to the clear transfer tape and removes any air bubbles that may have formed.
3. Peel the blue/white paper backing off the decal. If the decal clings to the backing, slowly replace the paper backing and repeat Step 2.
4. Slowly lower the decal onto the surface and rub it in place firmly with a squeegee or credit card.
5. Slowly peel the clear transfer tape off at an angle. Be careful not to pull the decal off the surface. If the decal pulls away from the surface repeat Step 4.

Our items are made with the highest quality materials and we take pride in that. We want your item to stay in its best condition so we recommend following the below care instructions. 

• Decals are made with waterproof permanent outdoor vinyl. 
• Avoid abrasives.
• Do not soak for long periods.

Decals ship in 3-5 business days (Monday – Friday). We work hard
to try to get items to you as quickly as possible. Please plan accordingly
and choose the proper shipping to ensure that you receive your item on time.

Standard shipping is via USPS First Class Package Service (Estimated delivery
in 2-6 business days from shipped date) and includes tracking. Delivery times
are not guaranteed. Once an item is shipped, it is no longer in our control.

Shipping upgrades are available at checkout.

Since all items are made to order, returns and exchanges are not possible unless there is a design mistake on our part or if the item has arrived damaged. If you do not follow the care and/or application instructions provided in the listing, we cannot provide a refund or accept a return. Only items that arrive damaged will be considered for refunds. A photo must be provided on the tracked day of delivery. Please make sure you choose the correct details and have input personalization correctly (if applicable).
