Standard shipping is via USPS Ground Advantage Service (Estimated delivery
in 2-5 business days from shipped date) and includes tracking. Delivery times
are not guaranteed. Once an item is shipped, it is no longer in our control.

Since all items are made to order, returns and exchanges are not possible unless there is a design mistake on our part or if the item has arrived damaged.
