Sweashirts ship in 5-7 business days (Monday – Friday). We work hard
to try to get items to you as quickly as possible. Each item is handmade to
order and we need the production schedule to create it. Please plan accordingly
and choose the proper shipping to ensure that you receive your item on time.
Standard shipping is via USPS Ground Advantage Service (Estimated delivery
in 2-5 business days from shipped date) and includes tracking. Delivery times
are not guaranteed. Once an item is shipped, it is no longer in our control.

Since all items are made to order, returns and exchanges are not possible unless there is a design mistake on our part or if the item has arrived damaged. If you do not follow the care instructions provided in the listing, we cannot provide a refund or accept a return. Only items that arrive damaged will be considered for refunds.
